My cousin Kenneth Mann has a Bible that gives Woodard Daniel's birth date as June 16, 1789 and died March 15, 1840 in Henry County, Tennessee. We believe the Bible belonged to his son John. Woodard married Nancy Watson probably in Wayne County, NC; she was born January 24, 1791 and died in Henry County March 4, 1839. Woodard Daniel's Bible was sold at the estate auction to Ephraim Baker husband of Woodard and Nancy's daughter Lutrecy.
