Biography*: 1956; From Kensie Poor, Sept 2002:
Gustavous, at age 4 or 5, went to live with his maternal grandparents. Their names were Seaborn Henry and Nancy Jackson Adamson... lived with them until he married Kate Maud Formby.

The first knowledge that Gustavous had of this family was when the new part of the Dunson Mill in LaGrange, GA was built. Luther was the night watchman at the mill and through conversation they discovered that they were related.

William Anderson and Maggie left Glenn, GA, whereabouts unknown to Gustavous. At some point, settled in Columbus, GA and had three children. Gustavous did not learn of this family until the late 1930s.

Gustavous and Kate Maude.... three of their children (Annie Mae, Clifford, Woodson) and two of Annie Mae's children (Stella and Alva, Jr.) went to Phenix City, AL to visit half-brother, William and half-sisters, Lelle and Icie.²
